3331 Arts Chiyoda

"3331α" is an accelerator for producing art-related start-ups, jointly established by "VOLOCITEE", a design studio that prototypes and speculates on possible forms of society, and "3331 Arts Chiyoda", an art center renovated from a closed junior high school. The TEA-ROOM designed and constructed the "3331α Studio".
